Job Description:
As a Life Insurance Specialist in our State Farm Agency, you will be responsible for educating clients on life insurance options, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate coverage plans. You will build lasting relationships with clients by providing expert guidance and exceptional service throughout the life insurance purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ life insurance requirements.
- Explain various life insurance products, benefits, and features to clients.
- Customize insurance solutions that align with clients’ financial goals and circumstances.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and regular communication.
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services is required.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Licensing requirements: Must obtain and maintain State Life Insurance License.
